Game Play Mechanics
The game is about making your way through a side-scorller/platform, by reaching a Worm Whole at the end of the level, avoiding and destroying enemies until you have reached the end level.
Ø Loading and Terminating
To load this game you simply have click on the ‘Green Flag’ button, and then follow the Instructions given on the screen.
Terminate the game click on the ‘Red Stop Sign’ button.
Ø Controls
Left Arrow Key
Used to turn left and move left on the screen. (Applies to both Zip and Zap)
Right Arrow Key
Used to turn right and move right on the screen. (Applies to both Zip and Zap)
Up Arrow Key
Used for the running and jumping robot ‘Zip’ to make him jump while stationary or moving.
Used for the flying robot ‘Zap’ to make him move up while stationary or moving.
Down Arrow Key
Used for the ‘running and jumping’ robot ‘Zip’ to crouch avoiding any enemies that are flying close to him.
Used for the ‘flying; robot ‘Zap’ to make him move down while stationary or moving.
Space Bar
Fires the Primary Attack of Zip.
F Key
Fires the Primary Attack of Zap.
Ø Win and Lose Conditions
How do you win and how do you lose the game.
Winning
To win at this game you simply have to get past all the levels, till you reach the boss battle, upon defeating this boss a screen will appear congratulating you on your victory and thanking you for saving this universe.
Loosing
Nobody likes loosing; this is why I have given each robot five lives so that they you have a greater chance of living. Losing a life will only happen if an enemy happens to touch or/and hit you with one of their weapons. One life will be deducted from your life bar, when all five lives are gone you will be displayed with a "game over... the universe was destroyed" message.
For each enemy that is killed you collect points. Points are allocated depending on the difficulty of the enemy Try and collect as many points as possible and see if you can beat you friends score!
